Stop Overwhelm in its Tracks & Change Your Vibration FAST

If you think you feel overwhelmed, hello, you are not the only one. If your desk looks like mine right now, and the to-do list is so long that you are afraid of even looking a it, here are some ideas that always help me to get unstuck and raise my vibration when I can't get near my bowls:

 

  • Go for a walk - Yes, with a head full of desperation we can’t see clear. Going around the block will change the vibration you are at the current moment, to a better and more hopeful state.  Walk your worries away. Walk and breathe. Breathe and walk. When you begin feeling better, then say to yourself: “Yes I can” this is my favorite one. “Yes I can”  or any affirmation that you like. Believe me it takes me 7 minutes to begin shifting my perception, and I know sooner it will be less and less time, and if I can do it, you can too.  So walk your troubles away!
  • Change your scenery - If you can’t walk, do something that brings you a better state of emotion like have a cup of tea or even a shower. The point is to change the activity for one of less resistance that might bring you some sort of comfort, or even pleasure ( yes pleasure is also good).
  • Ask for help - With a better mood, now you can focus on your next step. ONLY ONE.  Even if that is asking for help, I need to recognize that asking for help is my favorite. We are always supported - sometimes we just need to ask!
