Private Sessions
By demand, Karina offers private sessions based on the powerful MLL program (more below). Participants learn how to build breathe endurance and develop their breathe each week in order to bring inner peace in any moment, no matter what's going on in your outside world. Karina will customize and record the specific technique needed each week individually with your inner breathing cycles to gradually build your breath until the next session. Can be or booked as a 1, 2 or 3-month ongoing weekly session program for you or your whole family.
Private Group Workshops
Bring transformation and empowerment to your organization, on-site in the Tri-state area. Can be booked as 2 and 3-hr, programs with breaks, and tailored to your organization's needs.
Using proven mindfulness techniques, guided meditations, and self-reflective exercises, the program teaches people to look within for insight about their life experiences and challenges, and provides guidance for creating positive change. Topics of focus include stress reduction, releasing fear and anxiety, enhancing the body’s resiliency, and cultivating greater success and inner-peace.
