Most people know that breathing exercises can be an effective way to improve health and a source of deep relaxation. Through our breath, we can reduce stress and feel calmer, or feel more energized - it depends on the technique used. Thing is, you need to know what you're doing.
Last October, I learned an incredibly powerful breathing technique from Derek O'Neill, a Master Meditation Teacher, that is a GAME CHANGER.
Imagine being able to use a breathing technique to STOP anxiety, depressive and obsessive-compulsive (OCD) thoughts dead in their tracks. This breathing technique enables you to really tune into yourself, transmutes negative into positive, flushing out whatever is disrupting your system in order to make new space within yourself for greater peace and higher consciousness.
Since using it myself, and teaching others to use it, I've seen - and felt - incredible results! With this in mind, I invite you all to come and sit in the stillness with like-minded individuals (satsang) to learn and practice this highly effective, restorative breathing technique I was encouraged to teach.

To make it affordable to everyone Karina is only charging by the hour $150, for the group of people that will show up.So if there are 4 people is $38 per person. Groups are no more than 5 at a time. So please reserve your spot in advance.
If the 9 am slot is full, Karina can accommodate you at her office at 1.30 PM 2.30PM or 3.30 PM on Fridays or any other day.
